Applicants must provide:

✔ High School Diploma, GED, High School Transcript, or Last Attempted College Transcript

Student Dress Code

Students are required to wear:

  • Black Scrubs

  • Closed-Toe Shoes

  • Second-Hand Watch

  • Professional Appearance

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is required for successful completion of all programs.

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Participate in all classroom and skills activities

  • Complete assignments and required competencies

Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Enrollment

Students who cancel within 72 hours of enrollment are eligible for a full refund, including registration fees.

Withdrawal Before Classes Begin

Students who withdraw after 72 hours but before the first day of class will receive a refund of all monies paid, less the registration fee.

Withdrawal After Classes Begin

Week 1: 50% refund of tuition less registration fee and deposit

Week 2: 25% refund of tuition less registration fee and deposit

Week 3 and Beyond: No refund

Begins each Spring and provides students with the opportunity to start their healthcare training early in the year.

☀️ Summer Session

Perfect for recent high school graduates, college students, and individuals looking to begin a new career during the summer months.

🍂 Fall Session

Our final enrollment period of the year, designed for students ready to finish the year investing in their future and advancing their healthcare careers.

Enrollment is Limited

To ensure quality instruction and individualized attention, class sizes are limited. Early enrollment is strongly encouraged, as programs may reach capacity before the start date.

Applications are accepted year-round, and interested students are encouraged to apply early to reserve their seat in an upcoming session.
